On behalf of our parish’s Mental Health and Wellness Ministry, we are grateful to offer this 2-session podcast on transitions and change. We’ll explore how we acknowledge what we’ve experienced in this difficult year and a half of pandemic – and how we transition into our new normal from both a mental health and a faith perspective. Joining us are Christine Simpson, parishioner and therapist in private practice, and Fr. Mike Mitchell, our Parochial Vicar, facilitated by Darby McClatchy, parish Communications Director.
